Not just that, we also consider our travel expenses for on-site meetings as part of our investment in your project. From pre-bond to project completion, we do not charge you for it. A strong relationship with districts is our focus. What is important is for you to see proof of our investment in your elementary school design project.

NEXT STEPS FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DESIGN

When our elementary school architects create designs for new elementary school construction or modification, we work directly with various leaders. These include the Board of Trustees, Superintendent, principal, or a selected committee to determine the district’s needs and preferences, as well as a general estimate of the project cost. Using the information gathered, CADCO will create a general footprint or direction. We will incorporate this into renderings, preliminary plans, and possible phasing or cost-saving options depending on the requested number of buildings. 

We conduct community meetings once we have reached an agreement. During these meetings, we will present the design and plan to the public so that voters know what they are voting on.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DESIGN PLANNING

After bond passage, our team will meet with the district's representative to develop a complete plan for your elementary school. We will meet with individuals throughout the district and evaluate existing conditions to get a complete understanding of the school's needs. By doing so, we can develop the best plan options within your requirements and budget.
